Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes – all patients are seen by appointments. In case of an emergency, you will be seen with 24 hours.

What do I need to do as a new patient?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out forms and so we can verify your insurance.

What do I need to do before I see the doctor?

All patients are seen by appointments. Upon arrival, please be sure to sign in at the front desk. Inform the receptionist of any changes in address, phone number or insurance information. Patients are called by order of appointment time as long as patients are present.

What do I need to do when I am done with the doctor?

Check with the front desk receptionist to :

  • Schedule your follow-up appointment
  • Schedule testing if necessary
  • Pay your co-pay or deductible
What if I am sick?

We have a limited number of same day appointments reserved for sick patients.  We make every effort to see you with 24-48 hours.

How do you notify the patient with the test results?

Normally, the doctor will discuss the results of the tests during the follow up visit.

How long does it take for the doctor to receive the test result back?

We normally receive the blood test results in 24 to 48 hours. Xrays and other testing results are sent out to be read. We receive them back in 7 to 10 business days. The doctor will call if results are abonormal.

How to reach the doctor after hours?

In case of an emergency, please go directly to William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Providence Main Hospital in Southfield, or Providence Park Hospital in Novi.

Am I informed or reminded when my appointment is?

Yes, our office calls to remind you the business day before your appointment.

What do I do if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Please call and cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will be charged a $25 fee.

What are you doing for Covid-19?

Our office is screening every patient coming in the office with questions regarding any related symptoms, check your temperature, 6 foot spacing in waiting room and extensive cleaning procedure.  We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of you and our staff.

If you are needing a refill on your medication, please call the office and leave a voicemail on the prescription refill line. The medical assistants will respond within 2 business days.

Do i need an appointment for a Flu Shot?

At this time our office is currently our of flu vaccines, we will update the site when our order arrives. Thank you for your patience

There is no appointment needed to get a flu shot, they are done on a walk in basis Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am-3pm and Wednesdays from 9am-12pm.
